We are looking for on-call employees for assignments with various clients in the industry. As an on-call employee, you will work flexibly according to customer needs with varying tasks in production, assembly, and maintenance for our industrial clients. The assignments can be shorter or longer and provide opportunities for continuous employment and development.

As an on-call employee, you will perform tasks that may include machine and process operation, operator work, assembly, basic maintenance, material handling, and construction-related tasks depending on the client. You will work in teams and report to the client’s supervisor. The job requires you to adapt to different work environments and follow customer routines and safety regulations.

• Monitoring and controlling production processes

• Machine and operator work including basic troubleshooting

• Assembly, formwork, and work with reinforcement/casting in construction assignments

• Material handling, forklift driving, and warehouse work

• Quality assurance, documentation, and reporting of deviations

• Participation in safety work and compliance with workplace regulations

• Experience from industry, production, construction, or similar practical work

• Industrial technical education or other relevant education is an advantage

• Forklift license and/or overhead crane license is an advantage

• Experience with machine or bending press work is a plus

• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing

• Good physical condition and experience with physical work

• Ability to work varying shifts such as days, evenings, and nights

• Driver's license and access to a car

• The duration of assignments and working hours vary depending on the client (day/evening/shift/weekend)

To be eligible for an on-call position, you must be studying or have another occupation of at least 50%. Proof of studies or other employment must be presented.
